Product Description & Intended Use

  • NeuroBand is a consumer neurofeedback device designed for brain training and mental performance optimization.
  • The device is intended for wellness purposes and is not a medical device for diagnosing or treating medical conditions.
  • Results may vary between individuals, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
  • The device should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for using the device safely and according to provided instructions.
  • Do not use the device if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or other neurological conditions without consulting a physician.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and using our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to hack our products or services.

Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is required in full before product shipment.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Subscription services will be billed automatically according to your chosen billing cycle.
  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide with free shipping on all NeuroBand orders.
  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5-14 business days.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the device must be in original condition with all accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Digital content and personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Warranty & Support

  • NeuroBand devices come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty service may involve repair or replacement at our discretion.
  • We provide free technical support for all customers via email and chat.
  • Software updates and app access are provided free of charge during the warranty period.

Limitations of Liability

  • Our total liability to you for any claims related to NeuroBand products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
  • You agree to use NeuroBand products at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and technology related to NeuroBand are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology.
  • The NeuroBand name, logo, and trademarks are owned by NeuroBand UG.
  • You retain ownership of your personal data and training results.
  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation.

Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
  • Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations.

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
  • We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
  • You agree to binding arbitration for disputes under €5,000.
  • Class action lawsuits are not permitted under these terms.
